Digital Marketing, Trading & Product Owner. Managing Hotel Chocolat’s Digital Marketing team & agencies towards best utilising the marketing budget & achieving annual sales objectives. The role covered a wide range of sectors; luxury food & drink, eCom, retail, cafes, restaurant, hotel and events. Responsible for P&L, the role includes eCommerce Trading, International Digital Campaign Strategy, CMS, SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Affiliate, Email, Social, Content, Video, Analytics, Web Projects & Digital-in-Store. Presenting weekly KPI’s & ROI reports to the board. I’m also working with the team towards delivery of the new Demandware / Sales Force web platform migration project due Jan 2017, & ongoing web enhancements.
