From Zendesk To Feefo

I’ve 15 years experience in roles operating as a website product owner, growing brands such as Hotel Chocolat and Radley London. Whilst in both roles i covered off large areas of digital customer service. Linking it into CDP’s to consider it a markeitng channel in its own right. This was achieved through platforms such as Zendesk, in addition to review platforms such as Feefo. Whilst at United we use Brandwatch to listen on social to mass global fan sentiment.
